An Introduction to Our Work.
We strive to exemplify cultural sensitivity and respect, to empower & equip rather than encourage dependency, to approach our partners with a spirit of friendship and equal dignity, and to responsibly manage our resources.
We currently operate international projects in Costa Rica & Mexico, with operations forthcoming in Zambia, where we will be constructing five orphanage homes during the summer of 2008. Other projects will begin soon, and plans for intelligent expansion are underway.
We also realize the importance of investing in our local community, where we operate many ongoing projects. These projects depend on the consistent involvement of our community members.

Under the leadership of Field Coordinator Sherry Naron, together with our local congregation, Community of Faith, we participate in many local projects in the Northwest Houston area and in our own Cypress Community. We choose to be a church that truly makes a difference in the community where it's placed.
It is our desire that volunteers are involved together with international and local projects concurrently. There are many opportunities for local involvement. For more information, please see the Communityfor Houston blog or contact Sherry Naron at sherryn@communityoffaith.tv.
